Ministry Made Easy Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Ministry Made Easy Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate partner, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Program Overview
The Ministry Made Easy Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate,” “you”) to earn commissions by referring customers to the Ministry Made Easy Membership operated by Loving Christ Ministries (“Company,” “we,” “us”).
Participation in the program is voluntary and intended to be based on integrity, transparency, and alignment with the mission of supporting women’s ministry leaders.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the affiliate program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link provided through ThriveCart.
• Referrals are tracked using a 90-day cookie
• If a customer clicks your affiliate link and purchases within that window, the referral is credited to you
• If the referral becomes a member, you will continue earning commissions as long as the membership remains active
Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link to receive proper credit for referrals.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn 50% commission on Ministry Made Easy Membership sales.
Current commission structure:
• $4.50 per month for monthly membership referrals, paid as long as the member remains active
• $45 per year for annual membership referrals
Commissions are calculated based on successfully completed and paid transactions only.
5. Payment Schedule
• Affiliate commissions are paid on the 1st of each month
• Payments begin one full month after you join the affiliate program
• This delay allows time for accurate tracking, processing, and refund windows
Payments are issued through the payment method supported by ThriveCart.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates agree to promote Ministry Made Easy honestly and ethically.
You may:
• Share your personal experience or recommendation
• Use provided swipe copy and graphics (with optional customization)
• Share through email, social media, blogs, or personal conversations
You may not:
• Make false or misleading claims
• Represent yourself as an employee or owner of Loving Christ Ministries
• Use spam, deceptive practices, or unauthorized paid advertising
• Misrepresent pricing, guarantees, or program details
We reserve the right to request removal of any promotional content that does not align with these guidelines.
7. Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved Ministry Made Easy branding, graphics, and copy provided in the affiliate partner resources.
Affiliates may not:
• Modify logos in a misleading way
• Create materials that imply official partnership beyond affiliate status
• Use Company branding for unrelated products or services
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions are not paid on refunded or charged-back transactions.
If a referred member cancels their membership, commissions will stop once the membership is no longer active.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate affiliate participation at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:
• These Terms and Conditions are violated
• Promotional practices are unethical or misleading
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.
10. Relationship of Parties
Affiliate participation does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own business practices and tax obligations.
11. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or program updates.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
